I find the somatic practice of knitting very relaxing and enjoy the dopamine hit from the visual progress. I make hats, cardigans, and jerseys for preschoolers.

I learned to crochet about 8 years ago because I was conscious of the environmental waste from the short-lived commercially available dishcloths. Cotton dishcloths are still my crochet passion today!
