Beata Kozlowska

Beata Kozlowska is a Wellington-based artist originally from Poland. Her abstract paintings explore colour, form, and space in constant flux, layering vibrant planes that shift between clarity and concealment. Each work invites viewers to pause, navigate, and create a personal dialogue with the painting.

Beata studied Fine Art in London, earning an MFA from Chelsea College of Art and a BA from Camberwell College of Art, UAL in London (UK) and also holds a Master’s Degree in Polish Literature and Linguistics from the University of Warsaw.

Kozlowska has exhibited internationally in London, Lithuania and Spain. Her participation in various international art residencies and projects includes ‘Working Title’ at Aspex Gallery in Portsmouth, (UK), JOYA in Los Velez, Spain, KCCC Creative Centre in Klaipeda, Lithuania, and ‘Arteles Creative Centre’ in Finland, and recently TwentySix Gallery, Wellington, New Zealand.
