Katie has always made a living in Graphic Design and Advertising but is revisiting her first love of art. She majored in print making at art school, and consequently, aspects of this discipline often appear within her work, which can sometimes resemble woodcuts.

Katie is a keen mountain biker and loves being immersed in the gorgeous bush that Aotearoa has to offer. The piece 'Organic 1' is a tribute to the bush and the life force that flows through it.
